  • First time offender Diversion Program charged with minor offenses
  • No Formal Court Action
  • Utilize The Principles of Effective Supervision


Social History Investigations

  • Attitudes / Social Skills
  • Delinquency History
  • Educational Background
  • Family Background
  • Physical / Mental Heath Background
  • Substance Abuse History
  • Violence / Aggression History


Social History Investigations assist the Court in determining the appropriate disposition for the juvenile as well as identify the necessary services needed to assist the juvenile with being successful on Probation.
